How to Name US
If you have decided to name Natalie Webb as your Successor Trustee, please ask your attorney to send me a full set of the following documents:
-Trust
-Will
-Power of Attorney
-Advance Health Care Directive
-Certificate of Trust
Suggested Trust Language: “If the Settlor, , resigns or becomes unable because of death, incompetency or other cause to serve as Trustee, then the successor trustee of all trusts provided for in this Agreement shall be Natalie Marie Webb, CLPF, 3031 Stanford Ranch Road, Suite 2, Unit 221, Rocklin, CA 95765, Phone: 916-913-3500. If Natalie Webb resigns or becomes unable due to death, incompetency or other cause to serve as successor trustee, then Natalie Webb shall appoint a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary to serve as the sole successor trustee of all trusts provided for in this agreement.”
* US Fiduciary Services currently charges a one-time fee of $500 when named as a Successor Trustee. This one-time non-refundable fee is to review the estate planning documents and establish a working file. A bill will be generated after receipt of the estate planning documents.
